Dear Members,<\/p>\n

Notice is hereby given that the 2021 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of Members will be held at the Warragul Reception & Conference Centre (Killarney Room) on\u00a0Monday 29 November 2021 at 7.30pm<\/b>\u00a0(time subject to Covid restrictions) for the following purpose: –<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. To confirm the Minutes of the 2020 Annual General Meeting.\u00a0<\/li>\n
  2. To receive & adopt the Annual Report and the Financial Statements for the financial year 30 June 2021. To receive other reports from the Board and CEO.<\/li>\n
  3. To elect a\u00a0Chairman<\/i>\u00a0for a two year term and to elect three\u00a0Directors<\/i>\u00a0for a two year term.

    Kaye Rollinson – Chairman\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Chris Harrison – Director
    Danny Answerth – Director\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Jim Kennedy – Director<\/li>\n
  4. To elect Life Membership to nominees who have been approved under Rule 3.4.1.<\/li>\n
  5. To vote on all Notices of Motion. (Motions to be lodged in writing to the CEO by 5pm on Friday 5 November 2021). Notices of motion will then be posted on the Notice Board before 5pm Monday 8 November 2021.\u00a0<\/li>\n
  6. Appoint an Auditor for the financial year ending 30th<\/sup>\u00a0June 2022.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    In respect to the conduct of the AGM, Members are advised of the following important Notices.<\/p>\n

      \n
    • No business other than that set out in the Agenda convening the meeting shall be transacted at the meeting.<\/li>\n
    • Copies of the 2020\/2021 Annual Report will be available for collection at Club Reception from 15 November 2021 and the Report will also be distributed at the Annual General Meeting.\u00a0<\/li>\n
    • Any questions in relation to the Financial Statements must be delivered to the CEO in writing 7 days prior to the Annual General Meeting.<\/li>\n
    • Nomination forms for positions on the Board of Management are available from Club Reception and must be lodged by 5:00pm Monday 8 November 2021. Nominations are now called for these positions.<\/li>\n
    • If an election is required, voting for the Board Positions will be conducted at the AGM as well as Pre-polling voting, available from Club Reception 7 days prior to the Annual General Meeting, from 9am on 22 Nov 2021 to 5pm 29 Nov 2021.<\/li>\n
    • All nominations and Notices of motions will be displayed on the Club’s Notice Board up to and from 8 November 2021.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
