I am excited to announce that I will be hosting a Queenstown Golf Tour in 2023!
New Zealand offers an incredible variety of stunning courses, featuring views of snow-capped mountains, sandy beaches, rolling hills, lakes or sea. From rugged mountains through lush subtropical rainforests to beautiful sun-drenched beaches and featuring the world’s greenest pastures and richest farmlands, it is hard to believe that such diversity could exist in such a small country. Magnificent coastal scenery, thermal geysers and the mountains and lakes all make up some of the incredible backdrops to a fascinating array of New Zealand golf courses.
Modern golf course designs by the likes of Nicklaus, Palmer, Doak and Harman add to the older traditional courses of MacKenzie, Harris and Thomson/Wolveridge. The courses are as diverse and as challenging as the landscape with the people of New Zealand being amongst the friendliest in the world. Playing golf in New Zealand is now being seen globally as an attractive alternative to the more traditional golf package destinations such as Ireland, Scotland and England- the fact that we’re a mere 2 hours away makes it even more attractive!
Queenstown is regarded by many as the Adventure Capital of the World – the region is also becoming one of the premier golfing destinations in the Southern Hemisphere. No golfing trip to the South Island of New Zealand is complete until the Queenstown courses at Jacks Point and Millbrook have been played. As well as these wonderful courses we can also offer access to The Hills, New Zealand’s most exclusive golf course and the former home of the NZ Open. A recent British survey found three of Queenstown’s’ courses, Jacks Point, Millbrook Resort and The Hills in the top 10 in New Zealand.
We are coordinating this trip in conjunction with our travel partner, Global Golf, who will be happy to assist you with “Extensions” either before or after the main body of the tour.
