R.E. Ross Memorial Trophy
Congratulations to Daniel and Adam Mills, who claimed victory today in this year’s R.E. Ross Memorial Trophy with a strong 7 & 5 win over Mitch Clarke and Glenn Barnes, an outstanding performance from the father son pair!
The R.E. Ross Memorial Trophy, first held in 1946, is a prestigious board event established in honour of Roy Ross, a key figure in the development of our club. Roy served as Club President from 1923 – 1931 and again from 1935 – 1937 and played a pivotal role in shaping the course, most notably selecting many of the original trees still seen today.
Congratulations again Daniel and Adam, a well-earned win!

All Warragul Country Club Members have the chance to win a Metung Hot Springs Lagoon Glamping and Graze Package for the month of June.

- Swipe your card at the Member Rewards Kiosk upon entry at the Club to print and receive your entry ticket (one entry available from the Kiosk everyday).
- Place your entry ticket into the letterbox labelled member Rewards” located in the foyer.
The promotion is conducted from 9am on Sunday 1st June 2025 to 11.59pm on Monday 30th June 2025. The prize draw is conducted at the Warragul Country Club on Tuesday 1st July 2025 at 9am.

Hole In One – Colin Holmes
Huge congratulations to Colin Holmes, who scored his first ever hole in one on the 7th hole this Tuesday, May 13th!
He wrapped up the round with an overall score of 33 and to top it off, he’s taking home $1,753 in loyalty points from our Hole in One Jackpot!

Jean Duncan Trophy
Jean Duncan was more than just a great golfer, she was the heart of Warragul Golf Club for many decades. From joining in 1940 to winning the Ladies C Grade Championship at age 72, Jean’s passion for the game never faded.
She served as President, Captain, Secretary, Treasurer and even helped shape golf across the region as the Foundation Secretary of the West and Central Gippsland Association in 1957. Her commitment, spirit, and support left a lasting mark on our club and community.
Today, we honour Jean’s incredible legacy with the Jean Duncan Trophy.
